Cliff Blackwell is Clarence’s son. He lives in New Bern, North Carolina with his wife Krisann and a flock of goats. Krisann uses the goats’ milk to make handmade soap, lotions and skincare products — which she sells every Saturday at a local farmers’ market.

Cliff graduated from Middlebury College in Vermont, spent time skippering sailboats in the Carribbean, earned his MBA, and went to work for appliance giant Bosch, where he’s been for more than 20 years. Clarence calls him Clifford; the rest of us just call him Cliff.

At home, he rides a Harley FXR gifted to him by Clarence, who, of course, he calls Dad. It’s Clarence’s one-time motorcycle, from the days when he lived in North Carolina.
