Today’s ride, Day Five of our trip, is the most spectacular so far. We leave Choteau and head northwest. We’re immediately blasted by 40 MPH crosswinds, the strongest I’ve ever experienced on a motorcycle. We eventually roll through the tiny town of St. Mary, best known as the Eastern end of the world-famous Going-to-the-Sun Road. This one-of-a-kind highway, #9 on my Top Ten list, takes us through Glacier National Park. We’re on this road for 48 memorable miles, seeing unbelievable vistas and red buses galore. They’re called “Red Jammers,” for the sound the gears make while shifting. Overnight in Kalispell.

And now, today’s photos.

Grey? Why not just shave those heads? Ha! Sorry you lost Walter in the winds. Great to see my Posse brother, Randy. Love you bro! Missing the rides and the evening food and banter. Keep staying safe y’all!

this comment was from Dave. Not sure why it went up immediately without asking for my name, etc. 🤣
